Here's how you can find out what you really want. Choose
anything you desire (this can be a thing, an experience, a change to yourself or your circumstances), then ask
yourself "What would that give me that I wouldn't otherwise have?" Then take the answer and ask the question again,
about that. Ask it several times, and you'll end up at a feeling (often something like freedom, security, peace or
love).
You may even feel the feeling while you do this exercise.
